much time do you take to deliver after the
payment has been made? |
We shall dispatch
your card within 2 working days of securing
your payment or on the dispatch date mentioned
by you in the order form, whichever is later.

my cards be dispatched? |
We will ask
you when you want your cards sent. The dispatch
date is the day we post your card, and NOT
the day it should be delivered.

| Can you
guarantee the date of delivery? |
We dispatch
the cards on the date specified by you,
provided it gives us minimum 2 working days
after securing your payment. But we cannot
guarantee the delivery date. A delay might
happen due to circumstances beyond our control.
However, we will do whatever we can to rectify
any delivery problems encountered.

For prompt delivery
we request our customers to give the zip
code, specify a land mark like temple, theater,
college, hospital, park, school etc in the
address and give phone number of the receiver.

| Is delivery
possible on Holidays and Sundays? |
On Sundays and
Public Holidays in India, no delivery of
items through Indian postal Service or courier
is possible. Deliveries will be made either
on the previous day or the next day.

any additional delivery charges? |
None. The prices
of the cards are inclusive of delivery charges
through Indian Postal Mail. However if you
choose to send the card through courier
it will be charged extra.
