| What
does personalization mean?
Personalization means that we will write
the (i) Salutation, (ii) Message and (iii)
Closing as chosen by you on the card. We
then dispatch the card through post or courier
as selected by you.
Where will my personalization details
appear?
Salutation: It will appear on top right
side of the card
Message: It will appear on left side of
the card
Closing: will appear on bottom right side
of the card.
What benefits will I have as India
Cards Gallery member ?
India Cards Gallery members will have access
to these features:
Contact Manager
You can use your Contact Manager to store
all the important addresses, occasions and
events. This will also save you a lot of
time, because once all the information is
typed in, you will be able to select and
use it while sending a card saving you the
hassle of typing recipient information again
and again.
Reminder services
You can save important days like Birthday,
anniversary etc. for every contact in your
contact manager and chose the number of
days in advance you would like to receive
reminders for these days. We will send email
reminders to you accordingly, so that you
don’t forget another birthday or any
other special day.
Order History
You can view your orders like card, personalization,
payment and dispatch details from the order
history panel.
My Profile
You will be able to edit you member profile
entries like your communication email, password,
address etc. anytime you want.
Incomplete transactions
If for some reason members are not able
to make the payment at checkout, we save
their shopping basket in their member account,
they can return at a later stage and complete
the transaction.

simple and easy

How to get Your Order Information?
You can check the status of your order by
clicking on the ‘My orders’
button after signing in. Your order passes
through the following states:
- Payment: Pending - This is the default
status for your order and it comes as
soon as order is placed.
- Payment: OK - Your payment has been
approved by our payment gateway. We are
ready with the product and the order will
be executed as per your specifications.
- Process: pending - This is the default
status for your order
- Process: OK - Your order has been successfully
shipped from our end.
What do I do if I am having a problem
with my order?
Please check your e-mail first. Once we
receive authorization from our payment service
provider, you'll receive a "Confirmation
of Order" email from us.
If for some reason members are not able
to make the payment at checkout, we save
their shopping basket in the member’s
account, they can return at a later stage
and complete the transaction.

payment methods do you support?
Credit Cards: Visa, American
Express, Diners Club And Citibank E-Cards.
Net Banking: ABN AMRO Bank,
Citibank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, IDBI Bank,
Centurion Bank, Corporation Bank, Punjab
National Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce,
Kotak Mahindra Bank, The Federal Bank, Bank
of Rajasthan, IndusInd Bank, HDFC Bank,

Mobile Payments: Customers
having mobile banking facility can also
pay through their mobile phones.
Cash Cards: Customers who
do not have a credit card, net banking account
or mobile banking facilities can pay with
cash cards (itz Cash Card), which are easily
available in convenient denominations at
retail outlets across India. At present
this payment option is available for Indian
customers only.
Demand Drafts and Cheques:
We also accept payments made through demand
drafts and cheques. For more information

Is my credit card information secure?
To ensure that your payment information
is secure, we use CCAvenue one of the leading
internet payment service providers in India,
to process all our online payments. It is
a verisign certified, 128 bit secure server
and uses CVM verification. All payments
are via their secure service. We never see,
have access to, or store your payment details.

Can I pay in any other currency?
You can also pay in US $. All the prices
are shown in INR as well as USD. However
at the check out, on the payment options
page you will see the amount in INR equivalent
only. This is because we do not process
the final payment in any other currency
but INR; because of RBI rules and regulations.
The following example will make it more
clear:
If a customer in the US buys a product worth
US$5, this amount will get converted to
Indian Rupees at a fixed exchange rate at
the shopping cart; He will see the INR amount
on the payment options page. At this point,
he can view the exchange value of the INR
amount being billed to him in his local
currency; by using the live currency converter
link. By calculating the exchange value
at the precise time of the transaction,
(INR >< US$)the customer can see exactly
how much will be billed to him in his currency
on his Credit Card statement.
The customer will be billed in his local
currency in his card statement.

| From where are
the cards sent?
The cards are send from Mumbai, India.
How much time do you take to deliver
after the payment has been made?
We shall dispatch your card within 2 working
days of securing your payment or on the
dispatch date mentioned by you in the order
form, whichever is later.
When will my cards be dispatched?
We will ask you when you want your cards
sent. The dispatch date is the day we post
your card, and NOT the day it should be
delivered.
Can you guarantee the date of delivery?
We dispatch the cards on the date specified
by you, provided it gives us minimum 2 working
days after securing your payment. But we
cannot guarantee the delivery date. A delay
might happen due to circumstances beyond
our control. However, we will do whatever
we can to rectify any delivery problems
encountered.
Address requirements
For prompt delivery we request our customers
to give the zip code, specify a land mark
like temple, theater, college, hospital,
park, school etc in the address and give
phone number of the receiver.
Is delivery possible on Holidays
and Sundays?
On Sundays and Public Holidays in India,
no delivery of items through Indian postal
Service or courier is possible. Deliveries
will be made either on the previous day
or the next day.
Are there any additional delivery
charges ?
None. The prices of the cards are inclusive
of delivery charges through Indian Postal
Mail. However if you choose to send the
card through courier it will be charged
extra.
